I "video conferenced" to some of my favorite co-workers (who were hanging out in a sat truck on the Oregon Coast) using a cell phone and a webcam in Times Square. I think it might have been a bit more fun for them - since they got to see me while I only got to see the camera. And I felt like a dork talking and waving to storefront.

Poor-man Video Converence
I "video conferenced" to some of my favorite co-workers (who were hanging out in a sat truck on the Oregon Coast) using a cell phone and a webcam in Times Square. Don't worry, the "dork" feeling was mutual I'm sure as tourists on spring break walked by the open door to the live truck and heard sounds of a reporter and engineer laughing at a computer screen and a blackberry. Glad to see you made it to the big apple. Look forward to updates as they become available. Back to you in the studio.
